What is the age requirement to enter the club?

All patrons must be 19+ to enter the venue. Two pieces of valid identification are required, including one valid government-issued photo ID. Guests without proper identification will not be permitted entry. Example of second piece of ID: Care Card, Credit Card.

What are the club hours?

The Liquid Zoo is open every Thursday-Saturday from 9PM - 2AM unless otherwise stated, on select nights or holidays the hours may change, please visit our instagram for news and updated.

Is there a cover charge to enter the club?

Yes, cover charge applies. Pricing may vary depending on the evening, special events, or holidays. Please contact our reservation line for current cover pricing and availability.

What is your re-entry policy?

Re-entry is permitted at the discretion of management. Guests must check back in with security and re-scan their ID before re-entering the venue. Additional cover charges will not apply the same evening unless otherwise advised by management.

What are your policies on bringing items into the venue?

We strictly follow all BC LCRB rules and regulations. Outside liquor, illegal drugs, weapons, and prohibited substances are not permitted inside the venue.

Is smoking or vaping permitted inside the venue?

No. Smoking and vaping are not permitted inside the venue. However, we do provide a designated outdoor smoking area for guest convenience.

Can I take photos or videos inside the club?

Casual personal photos are permitted. However, no photography or video recording is permitted while entertainers are on stage. Professional cameras, recording equipment, recording-device eyewear, drones, or unauthorized filming are not permitted without prior management approval.

Is parking available?

Parking availability may vary depending on the evening and surrounding events. We encourage guests to use taxis, rideshare services, or designated drivers whenever possible.

Are bags subject to search?

Yes. For the safety and security of our guests and staff, bags and personal belongings may be subject to inspection upon entry.

Can I wear costumes or themed outfits for birthdays or parties?

Absolutely! We love celebrating birthdays, bachelor parties, and bachelorettes. Guests are encouraged to dress up and have fun, provided outfits remain respectful and comply with venue policies. Groups celebrating in themed attire may also qualify for express entry perks.

Does the club have a dress code to enter?

Our dress code is casual; however, we encourage guests to dress to impress. Sweatpants, athletic jerseys, tank tops, flip-flops, sandals, excessively sagging pants worn below the waist, and gang-related attire are not permitted. For security and safety reasons, sunglasses, recording-device eyewear, and hoods may not be permitted inside the venue.

What is your VIP reservation and bottle service policy?

All VIP reservations and bottle service purchases are final sale. Bottle service and reserved seating are valid for the evening of your reservation only. Guests who leave the venue may forfeit their table or reserved area at management’s discretion.

Can I touch the performers?

No. You may look but do not touch. You must respect all staff and performers space, please keep your hands to yourself or you will be removed from the club immediately.

What is your refund policy on VIP service?

All VIP reservations and bottle service sales are final. Cancellations or no-shows may result in a forfeiture of deposit or full charge, depending on the night.

Yes. Management and security reserve the right to refuse entry or remove guests for intoxication, inappropriate behavior, dress code violations, possession of prohibited items, or failure to follow venue policies.
